Coordinate with Purchase department for Purchase orders using SAP system.
Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Manage customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales service.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other documents as required by customers or cross-functional teams.
Coordinating with factory team about order processing and dispatches.
Providing dispatch details to customers.
Provide administrative support to the team on billing, payment follow-ups, reconciliation, GST.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
