Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, handle client communications, and ensure smooth order processing. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a good understanding of the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to manage orders and deliveries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders
• Maintain sales records and update customer databases
• Communicate with production and dispatch teams to track order status
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline)
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile or garment industry
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
