We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our successful sales team.
The Role: Your Impact & Core Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between our sales team, clients, and internal departments. Your proactive support will directly contribute to sales efficiency and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support.
Maintain and update the Lead shared from Marketing team with accurate client data, sales activities, and records.
Sales Process & Administrative Support:
Efficiently process and track all leads, ensuring accurate input and timely fulfillment.
Manage complex schedules, coordinate sales team meetings, and prepare essential sales documentation and reports.
Streamline communication by coordinating effectively with Marketing, Operations, and Clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Product Expertise:
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Harishmane's products, services, and construction/real estate industry trends.
Provide valuable information and insights to support the sales team in their client engagements.
