Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 2 to 4 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents. Conduct cost analysis and procurement strategies. Monitor project finances, track variations, and ensure accurate valuations. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure compliance with project specifications. Assist in managing contracts and ensure timely payments. Prepare and present regular cost reports, highlighting any risks or issues. Support in dispute resolution and cost negotiation. Ensure project stays within the agreed budget, and recommend cost-saving measures. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, cost control, and contract management. Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., CCS, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
