The Trading company, GBBC Corporation, is dedicated to providing high-quality Bearing and Machinery tools to clients with a focus on customer service and innovative solutions. As a Telecaller joining the sales team, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell products/services, answering incoming calls to provide information, and following up with previous clients to renew interest and close sales. It is essential to maintain a record of calls, update client information in the database, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will be expected to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner while working closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Additionally, providing feedback to management regarding client needs, sales strategies, and marketing techniques is crucial for this role.
