The Sales Coordinator position involves providing support to the sales team through efficient management of administrative tasks, coordination of sales activities, and delivery of outstanding customer service to ensure seamless sales operations. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing your organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively engaging with team members, clients, and other departments both verbally and in writing. A crucial aspect of this role will be your ability to uphold a customer service orientation by delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and fostering positive relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for problem-solving by identifying and resolving issues related to sales processes, customer inquiries, or any other challenges that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a qualification of B.A, B.COM, BMS, or any graduate degree, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
