Sales Coordinator - Corporate Office

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve supporting the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. You should have 23 years of experience in a similar role, excellent Excel skills, and strong coordination abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and communicate effectively with the sales team to support daily operations. - Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals as per client requirements. - Maintain and update sales data, reports, and trackers using Excel. - Support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales documents. - Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation. - Communicate with clients for follow-ups, basic queries, and documentation when required. - Assist in inventory and stock coordination with internal teams. - Track sales targets and performance metrics; provide regular reports to management. - Maintain organized records of sales transactions and client information. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - 23 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role. - Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in preparing quotations and handling B2B client coordination. - Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad. - Prior experience in a similar industry will be a plus.,
