Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Coordinate and follow up on sales leads, client communications, and inquiries.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Schedule client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.

Assist in order processing, billing, and delivery coordination.

Track sales performance and assist in preparing reports for the management team.

Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service to customers.

Monitor stock availability and inform the sales team of any issues or updates.

Assist in the preparation of sales promotional materials and event coordination.

Handle basic customer service queries related to orders or follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
