Sales Coordinator - Back end

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating between the back end and sales team, handling email and chat follow-ups with both backend and clients regarding pending documents, successfully managing email requests from clients, coordinating between multiple back end teams to complete tasks, handling all documentation coordination for respective clients, solving customer issues over phone and chat, and seeking referral business from clients. It is essential to be proficient in typing and have excellent knowledge of Excel. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between back end and sales team - Follow up via email and chat with back end and clients on pending documents - Successfully handle email requests from clients - Coordinate between multiple back end teams to complete tasks - Handle documentation coordination for respective clients - Solve customer issues on phone and chat - Seek referral business from clients - Have good typing and Excel knowledge Qualifications Required: - Any degree - Excellent command over English - Only Female Candidates are preferred Company Additional Details: The job type is permanent with benefits including paid sick time, Provident Fund, and ESI.
