Job Overview

We are looking for a disciplined, assertive, and performance-focused Sales Coordinator to take charge of sales reporting, coordination, and target tracking for both Inside and Field Sales teams. This role requires someone who takes ownership and accountability, drives timely execution, and ensures that performance goals are consistently met. The Sales Coordinator will act as the central force behind sales discipline, follow-ups, and team reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Monitoring
  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly performance data from Inside and Field Sales teams.
  • Maintain and update centralized dashboards for calls, visits, closures, revenue, and collection status.
  • Identify reporting gaps, delays, and discrepancies — and escalate to management when needed.
  • Target Management
  • Align with Sales Head to set team and individual targets and ensure timely communication.
  • Track progress regularly and flag delays or underperformance with timely reminders and escalation emails.
  • Send structured follow-ups and alerts for non-compliance with sales goals.
  • Sales Team Coordination
  • Serve as the main coordination point between Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure sales executives submit reports, updates, and documentation on time.
  • Resolve operational queries from the sales team by routing them to the concerned department with accountability.
  • Performance Enforcement & Team Drive
  • Drive consistent performance through structured follow-ups, motivation, and direct communication.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins and performance reviews in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Foster a culture of responsiveness, accountability, and discipline within the sales team.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong command over Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
  • Assertive communicator with high attention to detail and follow-up orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
  • Should be able to manage teams with a firm yet supportive approach, ensuring timely performance outcomes.
