Job Description

A Sales Coordinator supports a company’s sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales-related activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings or appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints.
  • Liaise between sales representatives and internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
  • Track sales targets and report on team performance.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide input for sales strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
