Sales Coordinator (25K-30K/month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation, dispatch schedules, and payment status.
• Liaise with production, stores, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and update customer order status, and communicate changes or delays.
• Maintain and update sales reports, customer databases, and CRM entries.
• Support marketing executives in lead tracking, customer queries, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and MIS for management.
• Handle documentation for new customer onboarding and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, or escalations.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for billing and payment reconciliations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support/coordinator role (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
