You will be joining the Redlands Ashlyn group of companies, a prominent supplier of gold jewellery equipment, purity testing machines, weighing machines, and gold melting furnaces in India and overseas since 1989. As a Sales Coordinator focusing on the Tamil market, your responsibilities will include generating leads utilizing various resources such as existing databases, trade fairs, exhibitions, online searches, and cold calling. Engaging with potential customers over the phone to secure new business opportunities will be a key aspect of your role. You will be tasked with articulating the unique benefits and features of Ashlyn Redlands products to prospective buyers effectively. Understanding the customer's needs promptly and providing appropriate solutions, fostering business growth by expanding the customer base, and maintaining a high level of customer friendliness and persuasive skills are essential requirements for this position. Scheduling appointments for the sales team, following up on previous discussions with customers, and meticulously documenting customer details and conversations for future reference are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least a Plus 2 or Graduate qualification with a mandatory proficiency in computer skills and fluency in Tamil. The role is open to freshers as well as individuals with up to 10 years of experience, aged between 20 to 40 years. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. This position requires you to work day shifts and morning shifts at our location in Thrissur, Kerala. You must be able to commute reliably to the workplace or plan to relocate before the commencement of work. As part of the application process, fluency in Tamil is a mandatory requirement. A Higher Secondary (12th pass) education is preferred for this role.
