Sales Consultat

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Consultant who can guide and support MSME clients in generating leads through both online and offline channels, with a strong focus on offline lead generation and market outreach.

The ideal candidate will play a consultative role — helping MSMEs understand, plan, and execute effective lead generation strategies while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business consultations with MSME clients to understand their lead generation needs and challenges.
• Create and implement customized lead generation strategies (online + offline).
• Visit client locations across Rajasthan to provide on-ground support and consultation.
• Train and guide clients on improving visibility, marketing effectiveness, and customer reach.
• Coordinate with the internal team to align client goals and report progress.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, associations, and networks to expand outreach.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business consulting, or lead generation (MSME experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of offline marketing techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
• Comfortable with travel across Rajasthan.
• Male candidates only (due to frequent travel requirements).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
