Sales Consultant - Wellness Clinic

Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Vecura Wellness Clinic, your primary responsibility will be to consult walk-in and telephonic patients, explain treatment plans, and convert them into active clients. Your role will involve conducting wellness consultations, understanding client concerns, explaining treatment procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales/conversion targets by effectively communicating the benefits of wellness treatments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct wellness consultations for walk-in clients. - Understand client concerns and suggest suitable treatment plans. - Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and expected results in a confident and patient-friendly manner. - Convert consultations into confirmed treatment bookings. - Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and client retention. - Maintain accurate records of consultations and conversions. - Collaborate with doctors and center staff to ensure smooth client onboarding. - Meet or exceed monthly sales/conversion targets. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Nutrition, Dietetics, Wellness, or any health science field. - Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. - Sales or customer service experience in wellness, healthcare, or related industries is a plus. - Passion for health and wellness with a consultative sales approach. - Basic computer skills for CRM/data entry.,
