Sales Consultant

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements. You will present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, providing them with information and guidance on product features, benefits, and pricing. Your role will involve negotiating terms and agreements with clients to close sales deals and following up to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaboration with team members is essential to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will need to keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions, is crucial. Continuously developing and improving sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities is expected. Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands is also part of the role.
