Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at Rent An Attire in Indore, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the store's operations. Your passion for fashion and strong sales mindset will be key in delivering a memorable experience to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Revenue Generation: - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable rental options to drive in-store sales. - Exceed individual and store sales targets by upselling accessories, additional outfits, and services. - Pitch confidently and convert inquiries into bookings by thoroughly understanding the brand's offerings. - Styling & Customer Experience: - Provide styling assistance based on occasion, body type, and personal style. - Occasionally create lookbooks or reels to promote in-store outfits. - Stay updated with current fashion and styling trends. - Customer Service: - Ensure an excellent client experience from trial to return. - Address client queries and complaints professionally. - Coordinate with the backend team for timely deliveries and updates. - Order & Inventory Management: - Coordinate outfit trials, bookings, and returns with proper documentation. - Conduct quality checks before and after every order. - Monitor timely dry cleaning, outfit readiness, and finishing standards. - Store Management & Reporting: - Maintain store hygiene and visual appeal. - Organize racks and ensure correct outfit tagging. - Submit daily sales reports, customer feedback, and store updates. Qualifications: - Graduate or pursuing graduation in Fashion, Retail, or related field. - Strong communication and sales skills. - Passionate about fashion and customer experience. - Willingness to multitask and take ownership of in-store goals. - Prior experience in retail, luxury, or fashion styling is a plus.
