Sales Consultant

Greetings from Incheon Kia, We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team in Kanjirappally. As a salesperson, your primary goal will be to effectively sell cars and value-adding services to our customers. Your responsibilities will include converting showroom visitors into customers by carefully understanding their needs and preferences, and matching them with the most suitable car from our inventory. You will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all our vehicles, and be able to provide potential customers with detailed information, including comparisons with other competitive models. Conducting test drives, demonstrating vehicle features, and building strong relationships with customers to enhance future sales opportunities will also be crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a customer database, assisting customers with necessary paperwork for completing successful sales, collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, and helping with showroom and promotional displays. To qualify for this position, you should have an associate's degree or diploma, along with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar field. A professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and positive attitude are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and negotiation abilities will be key to your success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund, with a compensation package that includes performance bonuses.
