Sales Consultant( Hospitality )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Membership Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for driving membership growth by converting leads, promoting services, and delivering a top-tier experience to potential and existing members.

As a key face of our organization, you’ll guide prospective members through our offerings, understand their needs, and help them choose the right membership plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, walk-ins, and social platforms.
• Conduct in-person or virtual tours and consultations to showcase membership benefits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales targets.
• Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional service to foster long-term relationships and drive member retention.
• Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Represent the brand positively and uphold company standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
