Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions using the companys products/services.Conduct market research to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and effective negotiation.Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Provide clients with detailed quotes, proposals, and pricing information.Track and manage sales opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.Keep clients informed about new product features, updates, and services.Offer post-sale support to ensure a smooth implementation and ensure clients are satisfied with their purchases.
