Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with sales operations, maintain customer records, and coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in daily operations and coordination.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and client data.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and accounts.
Assist in scheduling client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Ensure timely processing of orders and documentation.
Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any degree (Freshers are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Additional Information:
