Receive and process customer inquiries, quotations,and orders. Prepare and maintain accurate sales order entries in theERP/CRM system. Provide timely updates to customers on order status,dispatch details, and technical queries (as directed by thesales/technical team). Assist the sales team in preparing technical andcommercial proposals. Maintain a database of standard quotations, machineconfigurations, and price lists. Manage sales documents including quotations,invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and dispatchrecords. Ensure all paperwork complies with company policiesand customer requirements. Coordinate with accounts for invoice generation,advance payments, and follow-up on receivables. Update customer records and follow-ups in the CRMsystem. Generate sales reports, order tracking summaries, andperformance dashboards for the management. Track customer satisfaction and feedback
