1. Email communication and coordinationfor each single incoming email.
2. Handle inquiries over Email and phones
3. Preparing and sending the quotation
4. Internal communication for arranging and preparing quotation
5. Follow ups post sharing the quotation until the order is closed.
6. Coordinating with the dispatch team and ensuring timely dispatch.
7. Coordinating with the vendors for rates and supply, if required.
