Sales Co-ordinator Cum Operations

Key Responsibilities: 🌐 Website Coordination Upload and update product listings with images and details Coordinate with the developer/Shopify backend if needed Ensure smooth order processing and respond to website queries 🛍 Exhibition Support & Vendor Coordination Reach out to and negotiate with exhibition vendors Handle logistics for setting up stalls (transport, setup, branding) Manage basic on-ground support if present at the event 📊 Sales, Inventory & Spreadsheet Management Maintain sales and stock sheets in Google Sheets or Excel Help track what’s sold, what’s in stock, and what needs restocking Assist in figuring out new sales avenues (WhatsApp, boutique tie-ups, pop-ups) 🤝 Customer Coordination & WhatsApp Support Share product details and images with interested customers Follow up with leads from Instagram or website Handle simple queries and pass complex ones to founders Ideal Skills & Traits: Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel (basic formulas, filters, dropdowns) Good spoken and written communication (Hindi & English) Self-driven and resourceful Familiar with Instagram/Shopify is a bonus Willingness to learn & grow with the brand
