Job Role & Responsibilities
· Making daily calls to new customers & introducing, promoting our products & getting enquiry.
· Schedule meetings for our sales Team for personnel visits.
· Social media promotion & various brands.
· Coordinate with various customers, suppliers, team & warehouse.
· Promote COLO on all platforms -- GOVT bids / private etc.
· Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling inquiry & orders by phone.
· Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
· Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
· Managing pan India delivery (Address verification, documentation & POD submission)
· Meeting alignment with customer & supplier.
· Maintaining MIS report customer wise.
· Managing and executing sales and purchase related activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
