Sales & Client Success Manager

As a Sales & Client Success Manager at trHealthNow, a reputable healthcare organization serving Maryland & Virginia for over 25 years, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from India during US hours. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, drive occupational health sales, and support US-based operations. You will act as a bridge between trHealthNow and clients, corporate partners, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle occupational health accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and prepare contract bids. Moreover, you will play a key role in managing and growing Occupational Health sales accounts remotely, acting as a Customer Success Manager for corporate clients, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in sales or client relationship management, preferably in healthcare or B2B services. Proficiency in CRM tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and excellent communication skills in English are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is required, while an MBA is considered a plus. Key traits that will contribute to your success include being a confident communicator with an understanding of US business culture, proactive, organized, results-driven, and having high integrity with a strong customer service orientation.
