Sales Calling Coordinator-Only Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Calling Coordinator to join our team in Meerut. The role involves handling sales calls, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth follow-ups for lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for sales promotion.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure proper conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and updates.
• Keep accurate call records and prepare daily reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in telecalling /sales coordination will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
