Summary:
SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd seeks a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition for turnkey interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing projects. The candidate will secure high-value residential and commercial projects, leveraging industry expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire clients for interior fit-outs and bespoke furniture solutions.
• Pitch and close deals for turnkey residential and commercial projects.
• Build client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to align proposals with client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, MBA, or equivalent with sales experience.
• 4-7 years in sales/business development within interior fit-out or turnkey solutions.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes and client communication skills.
• Proven ability in lead generation and deal closure.
