The Sales Attendant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving customer issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
