Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Attendant in Bilaspur, with some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, sales transactions, providing product information, managing inventory, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also entails engaging with customers to understand their needs and help them find appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, including assisting and engaging with customers
• Experience in sales transactions and managing inventory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
