As a Sales Associate at TAG Projects, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the real estate market. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling - Presenting, promoting, and selling properties to prospective buyers - Guiding clients in making informed real estate investment decisions - Negotiating contracts and terms for a win-win outcome - Maintaining and following up with a database of potential leads - Working closely with the marketing team on lead generation strategies - Staying updated on market trends and competitor activities To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply - Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years in sales (Real estate experience preferred) - BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) About TAG Projects: TAG Projects is a dynamic company seeking Sales Associates to join their team.
