Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate/Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our products/services, engaging with customers through various channels, processing bookings, and effectively handling inquiries. A key aspect of your job will be to understand customer needs and guide them towards our offerings to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales. You will be expected to actively engage with customers via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions, providing information about our products/services and closing sales efficiently. It is essential to maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude while addressing client needs, following up with leads, and nurturing relationships with existing customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, and provide administrative support as needed. To be eligible for this role, a background in Travel and Tourism or Hotel Management is preferred. While freshers are encouraged to apply, prior sales experience is advantageous. You should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in using computers and CRM systems, a sales-oriented mindset, strong customer service abilities, and attention to detail. The salary range for this position is 12,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in English is preferred.
