Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing solutions, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, maintaining customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will need to stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of and interest in renewable energy solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
