Sales Associate / Sales Manager

As a Sales Associate or Sales Manager at Visual Connections, a full-service creative agency in Bengaluru, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads, engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, collaborating with strategy and creative teams, managing the entire sales cycle, meeting monthly sales targets, and representing the company at meetings, events, and industry expos. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and online research. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for our creative services. - Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch tailored solutions. - Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop impactful proposals. - Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing deals. - Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records. - Represent Visual Connections at meetings, events, and industry expos. Qualifications: - 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in creative, advertising, or digital agencies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals. - Ability to understand and present creative services effectively. - Self-motivated and results-driven. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): - Background in media, production, advertising, or design. - Familiarity with CRM tools. - Existing network of business contacts across industries.
