About the Role We are looking for a talented Video Editor who can bring creativity and efficiency to our short-form content projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating visually engaging motion graphics videos tailored for short form micro drama content. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2-4 years of experience to produce high-quality video content for [brands/social media/films/etc.]. The ideal candidate will have expertise in editing raw footage and knowledge on motion graphics, color correction, and sound design to deliver compelling visual stories. Key Responsibilities: · Edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns/social media/documentaries/etc. with a strong sense of pacing and narrative flow. · Enhance videos or work with the team on motion graphics (After Effects), color grading (DaVinci Resolve), and audio mixing . · Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to align edits with project vision. · Optimize videos for platforms (YouTube, Instagram) including aspect ratios, captions, and formats. · Manage post-production workflows (organizing files, backups, version control). · Stay updated on industry trends (AI tools, editing software, and techniques). Skills & Qualifications: · 2-4 years of professional video editing experience. · Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required), After Effects (preferred), and other tools like Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve. · Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, transitions, and technical skills . · Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles. · Portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video content and motion graphics. · Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. · Creativity and a knack for storytelling in short formats · Bonus: Experience with AI editing tools , 3D animation, or VFX. Additional Requirements: Availability: Full-time work at office, with full availability during standard working hours for collaboration and project deadlines. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project scopes and priorities.
