Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue and profitability targets.
Manage day-to-day operations and team performance.
Ensure SOP adherence from opening to closing.
Motivate Sales Associates and ensure target achievement.
Monitor and maintain store equipment and cleanliness.
Handle stock control and ensure FIFO sales.
Promote a team-based culture and lead by example.
Provide timely and effective customer solutions.

Sales and activation targets (handsets, accessories, ASP).
Sales conversion ratios.
Audit variance (stock and cash).
Stock ageing and availability.
