Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold call lists.
Explain various insurance products and services in a clear and convincing manner.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance plans.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.
Handle customer queries and objections with professionalism and persistence
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and competitor activities.

Skills:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills
Good command of English and Hindi languages.
Confidence and ability to handle rejection positively.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
