Are you a tech enthusiast looking to transition your skills into a customer-facing role? We're a bootstrapped startup that provides managed IT services, and we need a Sales & Marketing Person to help us grow. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge to build a business from the ground up. You will be a founding member of our sales and marketing function, directly impacting our revenue and shaping our market presence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background: You have a technical background (e.g., IT support, systems administration, DevOps, or computer science) with less than one year of experience.
  • Mindset: You're a proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn the art of sales and marketing. You are not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.
  • Communication Skills: You can clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion: You have a genuine passion for technology and are excited about the prospect of selling and marketing innovative solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Technical Selling: Use your deep technical knowledge to explain our products (Cloud technology & Data Centers) to potential customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Work with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that solve their business problems.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, such as technical blog posts, case studies, and product descriptions that resonate with a tech-savvy audience.
  • Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to our technical team to influence product development and strategy.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
