Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs
  
• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories
  
• Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
  
• Conduct basic eye check-up coordination and guide customers through the process
  
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
  
• Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS systems
  
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
  
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock handling
  
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sale support professionally
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate
  
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
  
• Good communication skills in English and local language
  
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  
• Basic computer knowledge
