Job Summary

Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
Conduct basic eye check-up coordination and guide customers through the process
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS systems
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock handling
Handle customer queries, feedback, and post-sale support professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Good communication skills in English and local language
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer knowledge
