Role Summary
As Buyer, you’ll own the product. From scouting global trends to curating the right assortment, you’ll partner closely with design and vendors to bring fresh, consumer-first collections to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Design to finalize product selection, sampling, and sourcing.

• Conduct consumer research, monitor trends, and translate insights into product decisions.

• Manage product lifecycle: new launches repeats exits.

• Keep a tight check on costs and track budget adherence.

• Drive sell-through and repeat rates, ensuring product delivers against ROS benchmarks.

Profile

• 3–8 years’ experience in buying/merchandising within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle.

• Strong product sensibility, trend forecasting ability, and vendor management skills.

• Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel/Power BI for decisions.

• Confident communicator and cross-functional collaborator.

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management (NIFT/NID/PEARL preferred) or Business.
