About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make a targeted number of outbound calls to U.S.-based leads. 2. Introduce the company's products or services in a clear, concise, and confident manner. 3. Understand customer needs and propose suitable offerings. 4. Address client queries effectively, overcoming objections with confidence. 5. Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication. 6. Update and manage all lead details, call notes, and conversion status in the CRM tool. 7. Share daily call updates and conversion feedback with the internal team. 8. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions. 9. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy. 10. Participate in daily/weekly virtual check-ins or performance meetings. 11. Share market/customer insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently. 6. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect and build rapport quickly. 7. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. 8. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
