Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to promote our online wellness programs and Ayurvedic products.
Convert leads into clients by understanding their fitness goals and suggesting the right solution.
Maintain CRM entries, manage follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing and support teams to streamline communication and improve conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress to the team lead.
