Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions through our services, and nurturing long-term relationships. This role demands a proactive approach to lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversion, with a strong focus on achieving monthly targets and expanding our client base.

Lead Management & Sales Conversion

  1. Conduct regular follow-ups on inbound and outbound leads.
  2. Qualify leads based on business potential and client needs.
  3. Convert prospective leads into paying clients through consultative selling.
  4. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  1. Understand client requirements in detail and recommend appropriate services.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  3. Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Business Growth & Cross-Selling

  1. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  2. Promote the full suite of company services to maximize client value.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Database & Market Intelligence

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive client and prospect database.
  2. Track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM tools.
  3. Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client industries to identify new opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Multi lingual
