Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
