As a Sales & Marketing Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our academic books to schools. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities, required qualifications, and additional details: Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product demonstrations and briefings for school leadership and teachers. - Provide valuable feedback and insights to the company to support business growth and product development. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in the assigned region. - Explore new business opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the company's sales growth. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree. - More than 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Publishing sector. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Skills Required: - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. - Proactive and result-driven approach to learning and achieving goals. Additional Details: If you join our team, it is preferable for you to have your personal laptop and means of conveyance. You should also be willing to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and promote our products effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your contribution to the company's success.
