You will be part of the Sales team at AccioJob, where you will work closely with the business development team to enhance the sales strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the business development team to refine the sales strategy. - Counseling students on their career progression and the upskilling required. - Crafting the sales pitch and converting warmer leads. - Interacting with students to provide guidance, mentorship, and counseling. - Crafting, negotiating, and finalizing deals with students. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills, along with tactful negotiation abilities. - High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of a high standard. - Quick learner with a strong sense of ownership towards work. - Student-centric mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile for desired outcomes. - Optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working.
