• Background in the sales field is mandatory. Proper training will be provided by the company.
Q3. Roles and Responsilbilities?
• To be in constant touch with the clients via calls / emails / Whatsapp messages after getting the sales / leads data from the sales head.
• Handling those leads, following up the enquiries and ultimately closing the sale. Proper assistance will be provided by the office manager to you during the process of order booking.
• Handling calls, emails and messages, answering customer queries, etc.
• Follow up of the pending orders and gathering feedback from the new customer.
Q4. The required CANDIDATE PROFILE ?
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Should know how to operate and work on a laptop.
• Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience as a sales coordinator will be Highly preferred.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Administrative and problem-solving skills.
