Q1. Type of languages the candidate is expected to know?

- Should be able to speak and understand ENGLISH and HINDI.

Q2. What is the Job Profile?

- Background in the sales field is MANDATORY. Proper training will be provided by the company.

Q3. Roles and Responsilbilities?

- To be in constant touch with the potential clients thru calls / emails / Whatsapp messages after getting the sales / leads data from the sales head.

- Handling those leads, following up the enquiries and ultimately closing the sale. Proper assistance will be provided by the office manager to you during the process of order booking.

- Handling calls, emails and messages, answering customer queries, etc.

- Follow up of the pending orders and gathering feedback from the new customer.

Q4. The required CANDIDATE PROFILE ?

- Good written & verbal communication skills.

- Should know how to operate and work on a laptop.

- Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Experience as a sales coordinator will be Highly preferred.

- Good team development and leadership skills.

- Good administrative and problem-solving skills.
