Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales inquiries, communicating with potential and current clients, organizing sales activities, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, coordinating with the sales team, and other administrative tasks as required to support sales operations.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Strong Organization Skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus
