Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to support our Aluminium Formwork sales team at DEC Industries. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client coordination, preparing quotations, and maintaining sales records. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in sales and marketing in the construction/formwork industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and client coordination.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client communications.
Maintain and update sales data, client records, and reports.
Support in generating new business leads through calls, emails, and market research.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, stores, accounts) for order processing and delivery status.
Attend client meetings when required and assist in presentations.
Learn and understand Aluminium Formwork systems, components, and applications.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the sales department.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Any Degree (B.Com / BBA / B.Tech preferred).
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction sales domain.
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
